Написание письма на английском языке – как писать
На экзамене предлагается отрывок из письма от вашего возможного друга по переписке. В письме содержится некая новость и несколько вопросов, где у вас спрашивают мнения, совета и т.п.
Требуется написать письмо-ответ, начиная с вашего краткого обратного адреса в верхнем правом углу, даты под адресом, приветствия и заканчивая прощальной фразой и именем.
Прежде всего, чтобы написать письмо, нужно знать правила орфографии и пунтуации английского языка и стараться им следовать – тому, кому вы адресовали письмо, будет приятно читать грамотно составленное письмо.
Одним из заданий по английскому языку как в ЕГЭ, так и в ОГЭ является написание личного письма в ответ на письмо “англоговорящего друга по переписке”. Оно входит в часть C, как и написание сочинения по английскому языку. При этом, если в ЕГЭ объем письма – 100-140 слов, то в ОГЭ установлен лимит в 100-120 слов, т.к. в ЕГЭ дается задание задать 3 вопроса, а в ОГЭ – просто ответить на письмо, хотя, в любом случае, если вы напишете вопросы, то это будет плюсом.
Написание письма на иностранном языке является несложным заданием, которое необходимо выполнить максимально быстро, чтобы оставить время на выполнение других заданий. В правом верхнем углу укажите адрес в следующем порядке (порядок обратный российскому):

Письмо начинается с неофициального обращения. Если в задании имя вашего собеседника не указано, его следует придумать:

Разделите текст письма на несколько логических абзацев, каждый из которых начните с красной строки.
1. В первом абзаце вам следует поблагодарить своего друга за его письмо:

Вы можете также извиниться за то, что не писали раньше:

2. Основная часть письма (2–3 абзаца). В ней вы должны раскрыть все аспекты, указанные в задании. Не забудьте задать необходимые вопросы.
Предполагается, что письмо должно быть написано в неформальном стиле, поэтому вы можете использовать неформальные слова-связки, такие как well, by the way, anyway, so, разговорные выражения типа Guess what? Или Wish me luck!, а также восклицательные знаки.
3. В последнем параграфе объясните, почему вы заканчиваете письмо:
Well, I’d better go now as I have to do my homework.
Anyway, I have to go now because my Mum asked me to help her with the washing up.
I’ve got to go now! It’s time for my favourite TV show.
и упомяните о дальнейших контактах:

В конце письма на отдельной строке указывается завершающая фраза-клише, которая зависит от того, насколько близки автор и адресат. После нее всегда ставится запятая! Ниже приводятся возможные варианты от наименее формального (1) к более формальному (8):
На следующей строке под завершающей фразой указывается имя автора (без фамилии!). Например:

Как писать письмо на английском языке: важность личной и деловой переписки
Письма составляют важную часть человеческого общения. Среди англоязычных стран переписка ведется тщательно. В современном мире послания друг другу отсылаются, в основном, по электронной почте. По ним можно определить уровень интеллекта человека, его интересы. Как правильно оформлять такую информацию? В этом нет ничего сложного, главное, придерживаться определенных правил.
Письма на английском языке: общая информация
Традиционно переписку между людьми разделяют на личную и деловую. В первом случае, «общение на бумаге» происходит между друзьями, родственниками, которые по каким-либо причинам не могут встретиться и поддерживают связь дистанционно.
Во втором – переписка ведется между бизнес-партнерами или коллегами по работе. Тем для общения может быть много:
Правила написания письма при личной и деловой переписке отличаются по содержанию, а не форме составления документа.
Любое письмо на английском языке разделяется на три части:
Текст должен быть четким, структурированным. Предпочтение отдается простым предложениям. Красочные описания, дополнительные детали приветствуются только в личной переписке. Если общение происходит между деловыми партнерами, мысли должны излагаться последовательно и сухо, никаких эпитетов.
Как грамотно составить письмо
Первая строчка пишется в правом верхнем углу, указывается адрес автора в такой последовательности:

Допустимо указывать только город и страну, откуда пришло письмо: Odessa, Ukraine
Через одну строку пишется дата. Используется несколько вариантов, все они корректны:

Вступление
После необходимых формальностей оформляется вступительная часть письма. Вначале пишется обращение, форма которого зависит от вида отношений с адресатом:
В обращении часто допускаются ошибки.
После обращения традиционно пишут вводные фразы, в которых благодарят адресата за прошлое письмо, извиняются за долгий ответ и т.д.

Как оформить основную и заключительную часть письма
Основная часть включает 2-4 коротких абзаца, в которых раскрывается суть послания. Если письмо личное, то можно использовать слова-связки (by the way), разговорные шаблоны (Wish me luck!).
В заключении автор текста просит ответить ему на письмо, желает адресату добра, счастья, выражает надежду на скорую встречу.
Примеры заключительных предложений:
В конце всегда ставится фраза-шаблон, после которой ставится только запятая и имя автора. Если переписка ведется между друзьями, то можно написать следующее:

Как правильно пишется письмо на английском
Одним из заданий в ЕГЭ по английскому языку является написание личного письма в ответ на письмо «англоговорящего друга по переписке».
