Рекомендации по написанию личного (электронного) письма на ОГЭ по английскому языку
Класс: 9
В 2021 году формат личного письма на ОГЭ по английскому языку изменился. В разделе 4 «Задание по письменной речи» экзаменационной работы в задании 35 необходимо написать личное (электронное) письмо в ответ на электронное письмо друга по переписке.
При определении соответствия объёма представленной работы требованиям считаются все слова, с первого слова по последнее, включая вспомогательные глаголы, предлоги, артикли, частицы. В электронном письме обращение и подпись также подлежат подсчёту.
План письма в ОГЭ по английскому языку
а) сколько вопросов, столько ответов. Например, друг спросил: «Where do you prefer watching films-at the cinema or at home and why?». Значит, нужно не просто написать «I prefer watching films at the cinema », но и аргументировать: «because …».
б) соблюдайте грамматическую структуру вопросов и ответов. Если друг спрашивает «What would you make film about if you had a chance?», надо, чтобы в ответе была конструкция «If I had a chance, I would make a film about…».;
в) используйте в письме сокращения (I’m, can’t, I’d like), неформальные слова-связки (well, also, by the way, anyway, so, actually).
В новом формате письма адрес указывать не нужно.

Одним из заданий в ЕГЭ по английскому языку является написание личного письма в ответ на письмо «англоговорящего друга по переписке». Написание письма на иностранном языке является несложным заданием, которое необходимо выполнить максимально быстро, чтобы оставить время на выполнение других заданий. Итак, рассмотрим единые правила написания личного письма.
Данная инструкция актуальна для ЕГЭ, но ей можно пользоваться и на ОГЭ с учётом того, что:
● на ЕГЭ просят задать 3 вопроса, а на ОГЭ – нет;
● объём письма на ЕГЭ составляет 100-140 слов, а на ОГЭ 100-120.
В правом верхнем углу укажите адрес в следующем порядке:
номер дома, название улицы
город
страна
Допускается указывать адрес в кратком виде, например:
Moscow
Russia
Под адресом, пропустив строку, необходимо написать дату письма:
June 4th, 2019
4 June 2019
или менее формально:
04/06/19
Письмо начинается с неофициального обращения. Если в задании имя вашего собеседника не указано, его следует придумать:
Dear Tim,
Dear Rebecca,
После обращения обязательно ставится запятая!
Разделите текст письма на несколько логических абзацев, каждый из которых начните с красной строки.
1. В первом абзаце вам следует поблагодарить своего друга за его письмо:
Thanks (a lot) for your (last) letter.
Your last letter was a real surprise.
I was glad to get your letter.
It was great to hear from you! / It was great to hear that… / I was happy to hear…
Вы можете также извиниться за то, что не писали раньше:
Sorry I haven’t written for so long but …/ Sorry I haven’t been in touch for so long.
I’m sorry I haven’t answered earlier but I was really busy with my school.
и/или упомянуть какой-либо факт из полученного письма:
I’m glad you passed your History test!
Sounds like you had a great time in London!
Great news about your…!
2. Основная часть письма (2–3 абзаца). В ней вы должны раскрыть все аспекты, указанные в задании. Не забудьте задать необходимые вопросы.
Предполагается, что письмо должно быть написано в неформальном стиле, поэтому Вы можете использовать неформальные слова-связки, такие как well, by the way, anyway, so, разговорные выражения типа Guess what? Или Wish me luck! а также восклицательные знаки.
3. В последнем параграфе следует объяснить, почему вы заканчиваете письмо:
Well, I’d better go now as I have to do my homework.
Anyway, I have to go now because my Mum asked me to help her with the washing up.
I’ve got to go now! It’s time for my favourite TV show.
и упомянуть о дальнейших контактах:
Write (back) soon!
Take care and keep in touch!
Drop me a letter when you can.

В конце письма на отдельной строке указывается завершающая фраза-клише, которая зависит от близости автора и адресата. После неё всегда ставится запятая! Ниже приводятся возможные варианты от наименее формального (1) к более формальному (7):

На следующей строке под завершающей фразой указывается имя автора (без фамилии!). Например:

В наше время для дружеской переписки редко используется электронная почта, я уж не говорю про бумажную. Мы переписываемся с друзьями в социальных сетях, через СМС или с помощью программ-мессенджеров вроде WhatsApp или Telegram. Но иногда электронное письмо — более подходящий выбор, например, когда нужно написать длинное сообщение, подробно о чем-то рассказать. Также email часто используется для общения между penpals — друзьями по переписке, практикующимися в иностранных языках.
Эта статья написана в первую очередь для тех, кто переписываются с иностранными друзьями на английском. Вы узнаете из каких элементов состоит письмо, какие есть полезные фразы для переписки, также я приведу образцы неформальных писем: письма другу, письма родственнику и любовного письма.

Что включает в себя дружеское письмо
Когда вы пишете письмо другу на английском языке, нет необходимости соблюдать некую строжайшую структуру. Формальности ни к чему. Однако здравый смысл подсказывает, что в письме все же должны быть некоторые элементы:
- Тема письма (subject) — друг в любом случае откроет и прочитает ваш email, но будет лучше, если вы укажете о чем сообщение. Тему лучше указывать коротко и понятно. Приветствие — в чатах и мессенджерах обычно не считается грубым написать что-нибудь без «Hello», особенно если это что-то срочное. Письма же всегда начинаются с приветствия. Основное содержание письма.Прощание, пожелания — письмо традиционно заканчивается прощанием и именем отправителя.
Кстати, если вам интересно, как расшифровываются аббревиатуры ‘CC’ и ‘BCC’ (копия и скрытая копия), и как читаются вслух адреса электронной почты, рекомендую почитать статью о деловой переписке на английском.
Что включает в себя бумажное письмо
Я очень сомневаюсь, что вы будете общаться с друзьями по переписке с помощью бумажной почты, но вдруг вы захотите отправить открытку или просто соригинальничать?
В бумажном письме нет темы, как в электронном, но есть шапка в правом верхнем углу, в которой обычно пишут только дату. Формат даты может быть любой, например:
Не забывайте, что в США даты пишутся в формате «Month/Day/Year», а не «Day/Month/Year», как в России или Великобритании. То есть в США 03/04/11 — это четвертное марта, а не третье апреля.
В США на конверте адрес пишут не как привычно нам, а наоборот: сначала имя получателя, потом адрес, город, штат.

Приветствия и прощания в письме другу
Между коллегами считается нормальным начинать письмо просто с имени, например:
I just wanted to inform you that…
Особенно, если это уже не первое письмо в переписке, то есть в первом письме, начав обсуждение вопроса, вы написали «Hello Alex», а потом, уточняя детали, пишете просто «Alex». В дружеском письме обращение по имени без «hello» или другого приветствия будет выглядеть странновато, особенно в бумажном.
Вот, какие есть стандартные приветствия:
- Dear Alex — слово «dear» чаще используется в деловой переписке, это что-то вроде нашего «уважаемый/уважаемая». Но оно может быть уместно и в дружеском письме, письме к родственнику, в таком случае значение ближе к «дорогой/дорогая». Hello Alex — приветствие «hello» наиболее универсальное. Оно подходит для любого случая, кроме очень строгих деловых писем. Hi Alex — аналог нашего «привет». Так можно обратиться и к коллегам по работе, и к близким друзьям, и к другу по переписке. Hey Alex — тоже «привет», но с чуть более дружеским, неформальным оттенком. Что-то вроде нашего «здорово». Так уместно обратиться к другу, к другу по переписке, к коллегам, с которыми вы накоротке. Кстати, приветствие «hey» в фильмах часто переводят неправильно, как «эй», а не как «привет». Получается полная ерунда: встретились два друга, сказали друг другу «эй» и разошлись.
Обратите внимание, что в слове «dear» в начале письма нет романтического подтекста, однако «dearest» или «my dear» пишут возлюбленным или членам семьи (например, родители детям).
Письмо завершается прощальным словом или пожеланием и именем отправителя, например:
Вот, какие есть стандартные варианты прощания:
- Bye — «пока», самый простой способ попрощаться. Best wishes — «с наилучшими пожеланиями». Так пишут как в деловых письмах, так и в дружеских. Kind regards — аналогично «best wishes». Часто пишут просто «regards».
Возлюбленным, родственникам, близким друзьям можно также написать:
- Love — «люблю», «с любовью». Kiss — «целую». Hug — «обнимаю».
Иногда письма заканчивают этими странными сокращениями:
- X — kiss. XO — hug and kiss. XOXO — hugs and kisses.
Есть разные версии происхождения знака X в конце письма в значении «поцелуй». Одна из них гласит, что в Средние века на письме изображали крест (христианский символ) в знак искренности, честности письма. А нарисовав крест, нужно было его поцеловать. По другой версии буква X, которая читается как [eks] просто созвучна «a kiss». Почему буква O символизирует объятия — тайна, покрытая мраком.
Полезные фразы для дружеского письма
В неформальной переписке можно выражать мысли, как удобно, пользуясь сокращениями, сленгом, разговорными выражениями. Вот некоторые шаблоны, которые могут пригодиться в переписке.
- How is it gong? — Как дела? I just wanted to tell you… — Просто хотел тебе сказать… It was nice to hear from you! — Приятно было получить от тебя письмо! (букв: «услышать от тебя). Thanks for your letter/email. — Спасибо за твое письмо. I’m so glad that you wrote to me! — Я так рад, что ты мне написал! I hope you are well/fine/ok. — Надеюсь, у тебя все хорошо. Good to know you are doing well. — Рад узнать, что у тебя все хорошо. Sorry it took me so long to write. — Извини, что так долго не отвечал (букв: «у меня ушло так много времени на то, чтобы написать»). In your letter/email you asked me about … — В своем письме ты спросил меня о … Last time we were discussing… — В прошлый раз мы обсуждали. How was your summer/week/weekend? — Как прошло твое лето/неделя/выходные? Miss you. — Скучаю по тебе. Hope to hear from you soon. — Надеюсь на скорый ответ (или письмо). Wish you were here. — Хотелось бы, чтобы вы были здесь / Жаль, что вас сейчас здесь нет.

The reason I like Tuesday is because I have my favorite subjects at school: PE and Chemistry. In PE we play basketball. I’m good at it and our team usually wins.
Chemistry’s great because we do experiments in the lab and our teacher, Mr. White, is a real genius (but he’s kinda strange lately). Last time he said that Chemistry in not the study of matter but the study of change and showed us some cool experiment with fire burns in different colors.
We also have Spanish on Tuesdays, which is actually my least favorite subject.
