Мультфильм «Бременские музыканты» на английском языке (субтитрами)
Ранее в предыдущем моём посте обсуждался вопрос – а неплохо бы сделать перевод на английский язык музыкальной сказки «Бременские музыканты».
Но как оказалось, с 2014 года существует довольно неплохой перевод этого мультфильма – этим и хочу поделиться с коммьюнити переводчиков.

Вполне сносный перевод. Смысл сохранён с лёгкой адаптацией.
Перевод пока не смотрел, но почему бы не поставить авансом плюсик?
ПАРА ЗАМЕЧАНИЙ ПРО «БРЕМЕНСКИХ МУЗЫКАНТОВ»
Я тут, поскольку сын стал ярым поклонником «Бременских музыкантов», вдруг неожиданно для себя понял, что в этих мультфильмах нет ярко негативных персонажей.
Король злодей? Нет, он просто, как и любой отец-одиночка хочет для своей дочери лучшего. «Выбирай любого, все оплачу». Созвал целую ораву иностранных музыкантов (не принцев, заметьте, а музыкантов, понимая вкус дочери) ради того, чтобы она ВЫБРАЛА другого.
Разбойники. Судя по текстам, которые они поют, дела у ребят ваще не алё. Да и вряд ли риал гангстаз станут бежать из своего дома при виде кукарекающей собаки или лающего петуха. Кстати, петуха слямзили они тоже не от больших радостей, а исключительно с голодухи.
Но вот Трубадур у меня всегда вызывал вопросы. Во-первых, он кинул друзей и на свадьбу их не позвал. Во-вторых, он обманул Короля, выдав за разбойничий притон вечеринку своих же ребят. И в-третьих, он что дать может Принцессе, кроме песен и объятий у костра?
Короче, странная история. Когда взрослым смотришь.
А мультик классный. И песни вечные. Спасибо за детство создателям!

Master : Look at my donkey. It was good and strong. It could carry heavy bags with flour. But now it is old. It can’t work. Go away!
Good day, dear Doggy! Why are you gasping?
Good day! I helped the hunter. I ran in the forest and in the field. But now I’m old. He wanted to kill me, and I ran away.
Let’s find a new house! I am going to the town of Bremen. I’ll be the town musician and play the guitar. Let’s go with me. You’ll beat the drums.
Oh, that’s a good idea. Let’s go. I want to be a good musician!
(На сцене появляется грустная «кошка»)
Hello,! What’s your name?
What’s the matter, Kitty?
I lived on the farm. I caught mice. But now I’m old.
My mistress will drown me. ( Вздыхая ) So I ran away. What shall I do?
Come to Bremen with us. You are good at night music, so you can be a town musician, too.
Oh, thank you! You are very kind. It is so good to have such friends as you. Let’s go. ( На сцене появляется петух)
Donkey, Dog and Cat:
Hello! What’s your name?
My name is Rooster!
What’s the matter, Rooster?
I am very sad. Cock-a-doodle-doo! My master wanted to eat me! What shall I do?

Where are you going?
We are going to Bremen. We are going to be the town musicians.
I am very pleased with the idea. Let’s go!
Donkey: It’s a house!
Cat: There’s milk! Let’s go there!
Donkey: I see the robbers. They are having dinner!
(танцуют и поют – переделанный припев песни группы ABBA «Money, money, money» ).

Тем временем животные изображают будто они стоят один на другом, на спинах, а сверху накрыты белой простынёй с прорезями для глаз. (Самый высокий исполнитель одевает на себя её, в прорезях имитация глаз всех персонажей). На последних нотах песни разбойников эта фигура вваливается в дом, а актёры, изображающие животных кричат не своими голосами, кот – лает, петух кричит по ослиному, собака кукарекает, осел мяукает.
Robber2: Help! Help! Aah! It’s a Goast!
Robber3: Oh, it’s a monster! Let’s run away!
The robbers will never come here again. I like this house.

Исполнив свою песню, Бременские музыканты увидели замок.
Donkey: What a nice palace!
Fellow: Ok, we’ll give a performance there! Let’s go!
Бременские музыканты подошли к замку и увидели следующую картину: Принцесса сидит с веером, король ходит рядом и с умным видом читает какой-то свиток. А в это время принцессу развлекает бальным танцем свита. Принцессе не нравится танец и она говорит:
На сцене появляются актеры, впереди стоит юноша.
Увидев незнакомцев, король удивился.
Princess: I’m a Princess!
King and Princess: And who are you?
Actors: We are actors! It’s show time!
Бременские музыканты поют песню на мотив «Мы к вам заехали на час»
The world is in our hands,
We’re stars of continents,
You know that we’re the best
Among the opponents!
We’ve come to you from away
Привет, bonjour, hello!
We hope, you will appreciate
How lucky is this world!
That’s what you’re choosing!

Princess: Wow, It’s great!
Юноша берет принцессу за руку и они вместе исполняют веселый танец.
Королю не понравилось, что принцесса танцует с какими-то проходимцами! Он зовет охрану.
King: Stop, stop! Guard! I want them go away!
Охрана прогоняет актеров:
Бременские музыканты убегают.
Принцесса сидит грустная, вытирает слезы. Король успокаивает дочку и поет с ней песню на мотив песни «Ничего я не хочу».
Duet of the Kins and the Princess.

Трубадур грустит. А вместе с ним грустят и его друзья.
Вдруг бременские музыканты слышат странные звуки (шум, смех, гам) и поняли, что где-то по близости разбойники. Трубадур показывает пальцем знак «Тихо» и Бременские музыканты прячутся за кулисами.
На сцене появляются Атаманша и разбойники, они танцуют и исполняют песню на мотив песни «Говорят мы бяки-буки».

We are going to take money
From your pockets everywhere.
Все: We are here, we are here.
Never meet us anywhere

Our king is very silly.

Вдруг разбойники услышали, что приближаются король и принцесса со своей свитой.
Robber 1: Oh, I see the King! Let’s take his money and gold. We’ll be rich.
На сцене появляются король и принцесса.
Разбойники останавливают короля, загибают ему руки за спину! Принцесса перепугана!
Из-за кулис появляются артисты. Выходит вперед осел (кричит как петух) Выходит вперед кот (лает как собака) Выходит вперед петух ( ревет как осел) Выходит вперед собака ( и мяукает)!
Разбойники хватаются за голову и в испуге убегают!
На сцену выходит юноша. Он исполнят песню на мотив песни «Солнце взойдет».

Он видит короля и принцессу и освобождает их.
King: Thank you, thank you very much!
Король подводит принцессу к трубадуру.
Соединяет руки принцессы и юноши! Все хлопают в ладоши!!
King: Be happy my children, be happy.
Звучит финальная песня (песню на мотив «Мы к вам заехали на час» исполняют все актеры спектакля)

В школе ежегодно в рамках недели иностранного языка проходит конкурс инсценированных сказок для учащихся 2-6 классов. Здесь представлен сценарий одной из сказок. Сценарий переработан в соответствии с интересами и возможностями учащихся 5 класса.

(Идет и видит собаку. Поет невесело.)

Good day, dear Doggy! Why are you gasping?

(Уходят со сцены. На сцене появляются два разбойника. Они садятся и кладут еду на скамейку. Появляются «звери».)
Donkey: It’s a house!

Donkey: I see the robbers. They are having supper!
Cock: That is just what we need.
Donkey: Oh! Yes, I do wish we could be there.
(Артисты советуются и изображают звуки.)
What is it? I’m frightened!
Oh, It’s a monster! I’m frightened too! Let’s run.
(Испуганные разбойники убегают прочь.)
The robbers will never come here again. I like this house.

Then his master began to wonder if it was worth his while keeping this old donkey much longer.
The donkey, seeing that no good wind was blowing, ran away and set out on the road to Bremen.
When he had walked some distance, he found a dog lying on the road, gasping like one who had run till he was tired.
«What are you gasping so for, you big fellow?
«Ah, » replied the dog, «as I am old, and daily grow weaker, and no longer can hunt, my master wanted to kill me, so I ran away, but now how am I to earn my bread?
I will play the lute, and you shall beat the kettledrum.
The dog agreed, and on they went.
Before long they came to a cat, sitting on the path, with a face like three rainy days!
«Now then, old fluff and claws, what gone all wrong with you?
«Who can be merry when his neck is in danger?
«Because I am now getting old, and my teeth are worn to stumps, and I prefer to sit by the fire and spin, rather than hunt about after mice, my mistress wanted to drown me, so I ran away.
But now good advice is scarce.
«Go with us to Bremen.
The cat thought well of it, and went with them.
«What is the matter?
We are going to Bremen ; you can find something better than death everywhere : you have a good voice, and if we make music together it must have some quality!
The cockerel agreed to this plan, and all four went on together.
They could not, however, reach the city of Bremen in one day, and in the evening they came to a forest where they meant to pass the night.
The donkey and the dog laid themselves down under a large tree, the cat and the cockerel settled themselves in the branches ; but the cockerel flew right to the top, where he was most safe.
Before he went to sleep, he called out to his companions that there must be a house not far off, for he saw a light.
The donkey said, «If so, we had better get up and go on, for the shelter here is bad.
» The dog thought that a few bones with some meat on would do him good too!
The donkey, as the biggest, went to the window and looked in.
» asked the cockerel.
» answered the donkey ; «a table covered with good things to eat and drink, and robbers sitting at it enjoying themselves.
» «That would be the sort of thing for us, » said the cockerel.
«Yes, yes ; ah, how I wish we were there!
Then the animals put their heads together and schemed how to best win an invitation to come inside and join the robbers at the table.
At this horrible din, the robbers sprang up, thinking no otherwise than that a ghost had come in, and fled in a great fright out into the forest.
The four companions now sat down at the table, well content with what was left, and ate as if they were going to fast for a month.
The donkey laid himself down upon some straw in the yard, the dog behind the door, the cat upon the hearth near the warm ashes, and the cockrel perched himself upon a beam of the roof ; and being tired from their long walk, they soon went to sleep.
When it was past midnight, and the robbers saw from afar that the light was no longer burning in their house, and all appeared quiet, the captain said, «We ought not to have let ourselves be frightened out of our wits ; » and ordered one of them to go and examine the house.
